The CircAdapt framework is a python package that can be used to create fast models of the cardiovascular system. The source code is available on github (https://github.com/CircAdapt/CircAdapt).
This documentation is designed to help you get started with CircAdapt and understand its features and capabilities. Whether you are a new or experienced user, you will find information and guidance on how to use CircAdapt.
Next to the CircAdapt framework, the CircAdapt simulator is developed for simulating the cardiovascular system in an easy-to-use GUI environment. The CircAdapt Simulator is available at http://www.circadapt.org.
