Current release (beta)

Currently, a beta release of the CircAdapt framework is available. The first official release (1.0.0) aims to include modules to create simple lumped-parameter cardiovascular models of different complexity varying from time-varying elastance models with Windkessel elements to closed-loop one-fibre models including ventricular interaction.

Future plans

All issues can be find on Github (https://github.com/CircAdapt/CircAdapt/issues). New modules that are planned to be implemented are

Circulation:

• 1D pulse wave propagation model

Myocardial wall mechanics:

• simplified Patch module

• extended Patch module

Cell:

• ORd model (to couple with extended Patch module)
